STRATEGI PEMASARAN USAHA KOPI DI IDDA COFFE TUTUR KECAMATAN TUTUR KABUPATEN PASURUAN

Meningkatnya konsumsi kopi yang ada pada masyarakat dewasa ini berdampak terhadap persaingan kedai-kedai atau cafe memang menjual kopi, setiap pelaku usaha di tiap kategori bisnis dituntut untuk memiliki kepekaan perubahan inovasi terjadi dan menempatkan orientasi kepada kepuasan pelanggan sebagai tujuan utama. Tujuan riset memformulasikan alternatif strategi pemasaran Idda Coffe. Lokasi ditentukan dengan sengaja Coffe Tutur. Metode menggunakan analisis matriks IFE, EFE, SWOT. Hasil memperlihatkan hasil IFE didapatkan skor faktor kekuatan sebesar 2,37 kelemahan 1,27. Pada EFE diperoleh peluang 2,11, ancaman 1,57. Berdasarkan SWOT Tutur berada kuadran I, dimana dapat digunakan yaitu : Memperluas wilayah melakukan promosi intensif; Menambah lahan budidaya petani-petani mitra; Mengedukasi tentang cara komsumsi baik kesehatan.
